WINDSURFING!!!
the only place in Hampton for public beach access is pilot ave. (NO PARKING!!)
just like the end of first street.
they won't let us launch from the public beach once the life guards, two park rangers, the city guy and the 5 or 6 police officers show up.
they only hassle the winsurfers when they get bored hassleing the skate punks, bicyclists, kite boarders, sail skates, rollers bladers, skim boarders, people whom just want to float on raffs, (unless you rent theres).....
I have many stickers on my giant white van (which I'm sure you have seen if you ever go to Buckroe when it's windy)
one of my stickers say
"skate boarding is NOT illegal, Except in Hampton"
another one says
"WINDSURFING is NOT Illegal, Except at BUCKROE!"
