Buckroe Master Plan

It is terribly disappointing to know that Hampton City Hall doesn't realize its plan is a bad idea even when 8,000 people sign a petition against the Buckroe Master Plan.

Every time I hear the presentation, city officials move it to a fancier place and give the very same presentation. Planning Director Terry O'Neill never intended to address the "green space ladies." He simply went back to the same old sales pitch, Oct. 11, in the flickering lights of the Hampton Convention Center, totally ignoring the 8,000 people's rejection of the plan.
