Here are some ideas for the design of shops that could be built on the back of the B Lot that was depicted on Mr. Bonci's chart "C".  The carousal was also shown on that B lot which borders Mallory Street.

This same design for shops could be placed on the back and side perimeters of the large parking lot also shown on Mr. Bonci's chart "C".

A Buckroe History Museum could host wedding receptions such as this one being hosted at Yorktown's Riverwalk.

Yorktown's Riverwalk includes fountains for the public's enjoyment.

Yorktown's Riverwalk on the York River is bordered by the Coleman Bridge and the Coast Guard Station...Buckroe Beach on the Chesapeake Bay is bordered by the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel, Thimble Shoals Lighthouse, Historic Fort Wool, Fort Monroe, and the Hampton Roads Bridge tunnel.
