From Old Point Comfort Road - to Buckroe Avenue,

We don’t want condo’s – or other housing,
We plan to keep our green - so stop your grousing,
We’ll share the joy and wealth - of our water view,
With everyone - including me and you!
We’ll let our leaders know – this is our vision,
To keep our bayfront whole - without division,
So let’s build a park - and keep our land green, tan, and blue,

A hundred years from now – when people gather,
They’ll enjoy the park - with their sisters and brothers,
They’ll remember we cared - enough to fight for right and truth,
